Nutrtional Plan 

$300.00 for 30 days includes a customized meal plan, communication through email or videophone by appointment only, and a weekly check-in on videophone is required.

  • Offer tips for saving money on groceries and preparing affordable meals. 

3. Healthy Recipes:

  • Offer a searchable database of healthy recipes, including options for various dietary needs and preferences. 

  • Include nutritional information for each recipe, such as calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients. 

  • Provide clear and concise instructions for preparing each recipe. 

4. Information on Balanced Diets:

  • educate users about the recommended proportions of food groups.
