$50.00 an hour for one session
$250.00 per month includes four sessions with a customized exercise plan, communication through email, and biweekly check-ins via videophone.
A one-on-one virtual fitness session typically involves a personal trainer guiding a client through a workout via videophone, FaceTime, similar to in-person training but conducted remotely. The session can be customized to the client's fitness level, goals, and available equipment. A sample session might include a warm-up, strength training with bodyweight or light weights, cardio intervals, and a cool-down with stretching.
