  • General recommendations: Based on the assessment, the trainer can provide general advice on how to start or improve your fitness routine, including exercise types, frequency, and duration.

  • Workout plan examples: They could provide examples of workout routines tailored to your needs and goals, including bodyweight exercises, weight training, cardio, or a combination.

  • Nutritional tips: The trainer can offer guidance on healthy eating habits, such as meal timing, portion control, and macronutrient tracking.
